Before making payment, you must first read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• The fee for the Consultation is $350 per hour US dollars (convert currency).
  
  
• All expenses including consultation fees, travel, lodging, and other services such as attorney fees, communications, etc. are disclosed, agreed upon, and paid for by client before incurred.
  
  
• Payment can be made on-line by credit card or certified check or money order received and cashed prior to appointment.
  
  
• A 24-hour change of appointment time or cancellation of appointment must be made or entire fee is non-refundable.
  
  
• Client must arrange for and provide payment for interpreter services, if needed.
  
  
• This constitutes neither an offer, agreement or promise to enter into any agreement.
  
  
• Assistance in the loan process is often subjective. We endeavor to provide the best possible advice based on our experience. You need not accept all of the advice and assistance provided to you. You also agree that agreements between you and J. Edward Co. are construed as made within the State of Minnesota, USA, and that any and all disputes will be resolved under Minnesota law in a court of jurisdiction within the state of Minnesota.
  
  
• We provide advice. You do not hire J. Edward Co. as an agent or other representative. If you wish to retain J. Edward Co. in an agency or representative capacity, additional and separate conditions are required.
  
  
• Depending on the lender, we may request that the lender pay some or all of the fees due us. You agree in advance to such arrangements in that event.
  
  
• Occasionally, disputes arise. You agree, however, to indemnify, defend, and hold J. Edward Co. harmless for any claim, including for reasonable attorney's fees and costs, in the event of any dispute or litigation between you and any other party. If J. Edward Co. must pursue any claim, you also agree to pay our reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
  
  
• By using this service, you have agreed to all of the above.
